Requirements
Southeast Texas HR is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This role will be critical in manufacturing parts and components used in our manufacturing facility to meet customer specifications. As our CNC Machine Operator your role will be instrumental in interpreting blueprints and specs to build quality products. This will include loading, unloading, and inspecting final products. This will be a Monday- Friday 10 hours a day position. They will be temp-to-perm position for the ideal candidate. This job will include weekends and pay will be $25.00+ DOE.
- Perform daily manufacturing tasks to complete orders per customer requirements
- Choose the correct material and load it into the machinery.
- Ensure all hazardous materials are disposed of properly
- Operate machinery and inspect all dimensions
- Inspect your material for correct dimensions and requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in manufacturing/industrial experience
- Knowledge of reading blueprints and specs
- Ability to use calipers and micrometers with accuracy
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical
