The Educator’s main role is to effectively educate our clients on the PLN mission, our why, and our product. The goal is to have clients leaving our stores feeling that above all else; they’ve learned something, whether they’ve made a purchase or not. You will deliver the ultimate client experience by creating an honest conversation about health, wellness, and nutrition. You will have then educated our clients and empowered them to make decisions based on the information we’ve provided. The guesswork is taken out of the clients’ meal planning which creates an exceptional client experience; our why. Leaving customers with the knowledge to educate others. The Educator is truly the most important role in our company and we rely on our Educators to authentically share our culture and brand with their community.
Floor Duties
- Create excitement and FUN for our clients on the retail floor
- Stock and inventory products received from production i.e. Friday boxing, counting, restocking, organizing, and distributing
- Assist in preparing the store for the day i.e. tasks assigned from Key Leads through ‘Daily Sheet’
- Answer phone inquiries as required
- Ensure stock replenishment in retail refrigerators
- Ensure items from the shake bar are replenished and ready for business
- Prepare shakes for clients
- Communicate with leadership team when there is an issue with product integrity
- Complete assigned clean up, opening, and closing duties
- Utilize the Point of Sale cash system, process payments, and issue gift cards
- Prepare alterations for client plans, through our back-end operating system
- Unpack boxes for inventory. Boxes can weigh 10 – 50 lbs
- Under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager perform or complete any other additional project, duties, and assignments
