Job Description
Responsible for the direct supervision, coaching, and mentoring of residents during scheduled shifts.
Provide coaching to residents regarding life, relationship, social, and independent living skills, and spiritual disciplines in a manner consistent policies and procedures.
Guide residents through their daily routines, scheduled activities, and responsibilities.
Provide crisis de-escalation and intervention when needed.
Provide trauma informed care at all times.

General Statement of Responsibility
Build relationships, and provide coaching, accountability, and mentorship with residents.
Supervise residents in a manner consistent with their individual treatment plans, and organizations
guidelines, practices, and policies.
Supervisor Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Major Responsibilities / Activities

Physical and Visual Acuity Requirements
The physical requirement of this position is defined as Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force
occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to a negligible amount of force
constantly to move objects.
The visual acuity requirements needed to perform this position include having close visual acuity to
perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; and
reading
