Med Surg Nurse Manager (RN)

Nurse Manager (RN) position available for the Medical/Surgical Unit at Washington County Regional Medical Center in Sandersville, GA.

Job Summary:

The Nurse Manager is an experienced Registered Nurse who supervises the Medical/Surgical Unit while ensuring the development, implementation, and maintenance of nursing standards for the unit. They oversee scheduling, budgetary decisions, and performance management. The Nurse Manager functions collaboratively with other departments involved in patient care. They mentor and develop staff in the provision of quality care to a specific population of patients.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
• Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Georgia.
• At least one year of nursing experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
