Inventory Accounting Clerk

Job Description:

Inventory Accounting Clerk The Inventory Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the dealership's inventory in the accounting system. 
The ideal candidate has two (2) years of experience in a similar position. They can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects and must have excellent communication, administrative, organizational, and computer skills. 
They must be detail-oriented and good with numbers and proficient with accounting software and with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). This job description does not constitute the complete responsibilities for this position.  Responsibilities  Processes new vehicle DMV Enters all new vehicle into the system Processes dealer trade transactions Enters purchased used cares into the system Reconciles the physical inventory of vehicle in order to balance the books Processes trade payoffs and follow up on title status with lienholders Work with sales and finance to ensure required documentation Reconciles factor holdbacks Maintains reporting systems required by general management and lien releases Performs other duties as assigned
