Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

As the Restaurant Manager, you and your team will work closely together every day, creating an extraordinary atmosphere for our guests. Our core values ensure we treat each other with dignity, respect, honesty and integrity. We need a Restaurant Manager who can organize, plan, and coordinate team members and resources of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will work with the General Manager and assist in overseeing product quality and operational standards are being met. The right candidate will oversee staffing, ensuring adequate staffing is maintained and labor costs stay within budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume (over $4m per year in sales) Full Service or Upscale Casual concept
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees as a Restaurant Manager
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
• Experience with Aloha POS is a plus
