Job Description

Position Overview:

The Performance Manager will be responsible for partnering with and supporting the Accounts Team in the overall marketing services delivery that fosters positive growth and retention of our partners. They act as a partner advocate and a key player in issue and escalation resolution. They are also a data junkie!

Essential Functions:

  • Interpretation and analysis of partner campaign performance
  • Performance review training and enhancement
  • Foster revenue growth by supporting the accounts team in account retention and renewal
  • Be a performance marketing expert on the iFrog Team
  • Proactively work to develop an exceptional understanding of the partners business models in order to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain a cadence of communication with partners about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper partner engagement
  • Work closely with Sales, Accounts, Billing, and other teams to ensure an exceptional customer handoff and take care of any customer issues that may arise

Required education, experience, skills:

  • College Degree (e.g. Associates, Bachelors) or Work Equivalent in appropriate field of study.
  • 3+ years in a marketing role.
  • Automotive experience
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics.
  • Ability to review, synthesize, and provide actionable insights on marketing performance.
  • Proficient in marketing strategies and assessment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Detailed-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer facing skills.
