One Health is looking for a Wyoming-Licensed Professional Counselor OR Wyoming-Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health team working with students, families and community members in the Powell, Wyoming area. There is high, critical need for behavioral health services among our youth, and One Health is looking for the right person with a passion for helping others! This is a full-time position in a school-based and clinical setting.


COMPENSATION: $72,529.60-$83,985.00 DOE and Licensure

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time 

AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The School-Based LPC/LCSW is responsible for providing behavioral services to One Health patients in a school-based and clinical setting. Provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention, and/or case management services, requiring a high degree of independent decision-making and program administration. Leads and trains other staff engaged in related case management activities, as appropriate to the individual position. Will utilize a balanced approach which includes perspectives of all disciplines involved in health services and will have a role definition flexible enough to accommodate the diversity of programs offered through the center.

  

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 


Education/Certificates/Licenses: 

Required

  • Master's Social Work (MSW) from an accredited college or university, and licensed in the State of Montana or Wyoming as a LCSW, OR
  • Master's in Counseling from an accredited college or university, and licensed in the State of Montana or Wyoming as a LCPC
  • BLS Certification upon hire
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred

  • Dual LCSW/LPC Licensure in the State of Montana or Wyoming
  • Substance Use Disorder certification

 

Experience:

Required

  • At least 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Computer skills and electronic health records expertise

  • Work indoors in heat-controlled environment 95% of the time.
  • Moderate noise level consistent with an office environment.

  • Periodic travel to other One Health sites and within Montana or Wyoming.
