Our company is searching for an experienced Catering Sales Manager qualified to build sales for the company through their enthusiasm for creating the vision of their clients, as well as assist with the execution. Our new Catering Sales Manager will work both remotely and onsite, either at one of our restaurants or out in the field, visiting partner venues, performing site tours, attending networking events, etc. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for selling, planning, coordinating and assisting with execution, supervising service staff and working closely with the venue team to ensure the smooth running of all functions. Catering Sales Manager
Job Description: Our Catering Sales Manager plays a dynamic role in our business by assisting our customers. We plan, host and execute catered functions at our restaurants and at future partner venues by arranging to have our menu items, heating equipment and relevant supplies and decorations prepared for the event. This professional will meet with the customer to organize the details of the function and will ensure operational compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving. The Catering Sales Manager will report the progress of the caterings to the Owner as needed and will be responsible for coordinating with additional departments and will investigate and resolve issues regarding food quality or service.

Qualifications:
- The Catering Sales Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years.

- The Catering Sales Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
