Shift Leader

We have a part-time/full-time opening for Shift Leaders. Papa John’s Shift Leaders assist the General Manager in managing all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure that high-quality products and services are delivered to our customers to ensure restaurant profitability.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work various shifts per week, including weekends and holidays,
• Must be able to work in our fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• You must be able to lead a team of 8 up to 15 or more during a shift to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Must be a team-oriented leader who instills pride and accountability in your team.

Responsibilities:

• Management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.
• Must be able to work long hours, which is likely to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates dependability and shows a sense of urgency about getting results.
• Cash management skills.
• High School diploma or GED.

Starting Pay: $12 an hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE
