Job Description
We are looking for a representative to help assist our service department on a daily basis and to perform a variety of customer service and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive on the service drive
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and/or area
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Set follow-up appointments for next service visits
- Make outbound service calls to set appointments and to confirm upcoming appointments
- Help drive a customer friendly environment
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills a plus
- Customer service attitude
