Automotive Commercial Truck Parts Counterperson

Tracy Truck Center of Plymouth, MA is looking for an energetic, reliable, detail-oriented parts counter person. We have just opened a brand new Medium Duty truck facility and are seeking the right individual who will learn and grow with the company from the ground up! While some parts counter experience is essential, the position offers unlimited growth potential as the business expands!

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Assists all customers, (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Shipping and Receiving - Receives parts orders from factory and stocks parts inventory on shelves in correct bin locations
• Assists Parts Manager with parts inventory management as follows: Ordering parts, accessories, and tires as needed, utilizing on-line platforms and search engines to obtain needed parts to fulfill orders, managing returns, managing cores, and special-order parts
• Safe Driver's Record a must
• Physically able to lift and bend
