Peoplelink Staffing has a fantastic new opportunity with a GROWING company in Mishawaka, Indiana. Our client is a producer of sound damping for aerospace. Work in a family environment where everyone knows your name, and you’re not just a number. Together we are seeking candidates for a Lamination position.
Lamination Semi Finished Goods Job Description
- 1st Shift - 6:30a - 5:00pm
- Pay: $17/hr. to start
- Experience with putting parts into a CNC machine or experience with operating a T-Shirt press would be helpful.
Lamination Semi Finished Goods Qualifications:
- Must be able to be on feet 8 + hours a day.
- Must be able to lift to 40lbs on a regular basis.
- Must have high attention to detail.
- Ability to utilize manual and / or automated equipment and machinery to meet production needs.
- Must not be afraid of computers.
- Must be able to understand inventory and perform job transactions, input materials and lot numbers to their outbound inventory, via our ERP system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
- Willingness to cross-train
- Ability to stand, kneel, twist and bend
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic mathematical skills
- Excellent attendance
- Proficient and comfortable on computers
