Automotive Receptionist/Greeter

Join our dynamic and thriving automotive team! Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua is a leading dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and a seamless automotive experience. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a personable and organized individual to join us as an Automotive Receptionist/Greeter.

Position: Automotive Receptionist/Greeter

Location: Nashua, NH 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Customer Reception:
  • Provide customers with an exceptional first impression of the dealership with a warm and friendly greeting.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Wait on customers in the waiting area offering premium snacks, beverages and answering any questions (plus if you have experience in coffee shops or food service making delicious coffee beverages and waiting on customers).
  • Act as liaison between customer and Service/Sales departments while customers are in the waiting area to minimize wait times and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Administrative Support:
  • Perform general clerical duties such as billing and cashiering, filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area including coffee bar area with snacks, beverages and espresso area.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, in hospitality, or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and polished appearance.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge or interest in automotive products and services is a plus.
