The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Job Description
We are offering a $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by our company that begin on your first day of employment!

Required qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Experience Required for a Nursing Resident: 
Less than 1-year experience 
Experience Required for a Staff RN: 
1-year experience in nursing specialty posted 
Preferred qualifications:

National Certification in area of specialty.
