A Day in the Life

As the Hiring Assistant for Bath Wizard®, you will play a crucial role in our HR team, supporting the recruitment and onboarding process for new talent.

  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Review applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assist in conducting interviews to identify the best-fit candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and addressing candidate queries.
  • Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics to analyze and improve our hiring strategies.
  • You will report directly to the Director of recruiting and hiring managers, to understand talent needs and contribute to the overall improvement of the recruitment process.

What it takes to succeed

  • Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both candidates and internal customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools. Must know Office 365 programs.
