Department Manager (Could be Parts, Service, or Sales)

Are you passionate about the world of recreational vehicles and eager to lead a dynamic team? We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager to join our team! Whether you excel in sales or service we want someone who can take our dealership to the next level.
Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales or service professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Manage budgeting and financial performance, including monitoring expenses and maximizing profitability.
• Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility that aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively and efficiently.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a management role within a dealership or a related industry (service or sales).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Analytical mindset and experience with financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of RV products, services, and industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

• Flexibility to work Saturdays.
