Location: Hancock, MI, 49930
Facility Type: Long Term Care
Term: Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am (alternate weekends)
Start: ASAP
Requirements:
- Must be Licensed as a LPN
- BLS/CPR certified
- Must work every other weekend.
- Immunization Report Flu shot/ TB Report / Physical Report
- 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
- Must be COVID vaccinated
