How this Role Impacts Bridges EXP and its People

As a Bridges EXP Specialist for Bridges EXP, you will maintain business relationships with organizations that are partnering to use Bridges EXP and its services. You’ll work with clients to create and manage contracts. The clients we work with are enterprise businesses, higher education institutions, and hospital/health care providers. This position builds and maintains relationships. Your goal is to ensure clients are satisfied throughout a successful onboarding and implementation process. Success in this role will maximize the client’s use of CB products and services.

Areas you will Impact

  • Coach our clients through scheduled educational webinars, in order to give them optimal use of our services. Conduct assessments and develop recommendations for customers to improve their experience with our services.
  • Build effective business relationships, internally and externally: keeping a high energy and positive attitude.
  • Maintain open communication with clients through both email and inbound/outbound call queue.
  • Support team members from other internal teams through the contract negotiation and execution process, in addition to contract renewals.
  • Onboard new clients successfully and ensure that accounts maintain a steady state with continuing support through their partnership with CB.
  • Continuously Grow and learn to develop an expert working knowledge of all products, services, internal systems, assigned accounts, new opportunities, and competitors.
Requirements:

Key Skills and Experiences

  • Experience: At least six-months to one year in a similar role in a call center environment with comparable goals/responsibilities (Contract management, contract administration, professional writing, use of Bridges EXP tools and services preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field)
  • Skills- You must be an excellent communicator, someone who is detail oriented, and motivated. You have the ability to multitask and handle multiple ongoing projects effectively. You should also be confident in BeeCheck and Sugar navigation within 90 days (preferred).
  • Characteristics- You have a clear, and concise communication style. You exude a positive attitude and are a team player. You bring a passion for customer service and big picture thinking to the table every time. You like to see things through from start to finish and continually build on existing relationships.
