Join Us as Our Regional Hospitality Coordinator!

We're on the lookout for a collaborative, highly-motivated Regional Corporate Dining Coordinator to join our team and support our thriving corporate dining cafes spread across multiple states. As regional coordinator, your main role will be to act as the primary liaison between operations and the HR team. You will also be involved in organizing and overseeing culinary and staffing-related projects at multiple locations. This includes coordinating with different departments both onsite and remotely, managing relationships with vendors, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders from various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee training programs
  • Act as a bridge between onsite teams and Corporate HR/Operations to ensure clear communication and efficient coordination
  • Lead project initiatives for food services operations
  • Collaborate with management to organize and streamline digital drives
  • Conduct site visits to monitor food quality, service, and overall operations
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
  • Assist in recruiting talent, maintaining online application systems, scheduling interviews, and managing job files for open and closed positions.
  • Facilitate in onboarding processes for new hires, including the distribution of necessary equipment and information
  • Develop and oversee reward and recognition programs
  • Direct project correspondences and define project requirements with operational teams.
  • Serve as a liaison for onsite teams, the client’s Work Experience teams, security personnel, and other vendors as needed.
  • Manage job requisitions, I-9s, worker’s compensations, and all other human resources files in collaboration with the People Team.
  • Provide support to the People Team for employee benefits programs for employees under purview.
  • Coordinate community engagement initiatives across all sites, including donation coordination, community culinary projects, and related endeavors.
  • Oversee employee uniforms

Work & Education Experience: 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Executive Assistant (EA) experience is highly desired.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the food services/hospitality industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is highly desired.
  • Experience working collaboratively with culinary, facilities, and HR teams
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish - both written and spoken a huge plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of culinary and hospitality industries

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working in office management and/or coordinator role;
  • Must have and maintain an active Manager’s Food Handlers Card, as required by the California Health Department.
  • Must be able to travel to other states as needed for business purposes
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Physical Demands:

  • Physical Stamina: Standing, walking, and some heavy lifting required for job tasks.
  • Visual Acuity: Ability to perceive and adjust to various visual demands.
