Tillamook Family Counseling Center is seeking an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who embodies our dedication to trauma-informed care. This approach is at the heart of our services, ensuring that every interaction is conducted with an understanding of the physical, psychological, and emotional impact of trauma.
Your Role: As an ACT LPN, you will be a key player in providing:
- Compassionate nursing care that acknowledges and respects the trauma histories of our clients.
- A safe and supportive environment that empowers clients and fosters resilience.
- Collaborative care planning that integrates trauma-informed principles, promoting healing and recovery.
We’re Looking For:
- A nurturing LPN with a current license in Oregon and a commitment to trauma-informed care practices.
- Experience or interest in mental health nursing, with a focus on creating a therapeutic and healing atmosphere.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with a team dedicated to a trauma-informed approach.
