About the Role  

  

As a Customer Implementation Manager at Paperless, you'll play a vital role in guiding our customers through their post-sales and implementation journey. Your focus will be on aligning their needs with our products and services, ensuring they achieve their business objectives and derive maximum value from our solutions. This position will be based in our corporate office in Baton Rouge. 

  

What Will You Be Doing: 

  

  • Plan, execute, and track the implementation of enterprise software to support our client’s goals and objectives.
  • Utilize your project management and analytical skills to analyze client processes and requirements, developing tailored configuration, training, and customization strategies.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and best practices, perform quality reviews of deliverables to ensure guidance was followed, and advise clients on leveraging or adopting new releases.
  • Proactively manage implementation scope, timeline, and budget, communicating effectively with stakeholders and addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Be comfortable delegating out of scope tasks back to Client teams and be able to effectively communicate risks, changes, and other challenges, escalating to appropriate stakeholders where necessary.
  • Coordinate closely with internal Product, Development, and Project Management Oversight teams to effectively address gaps, identify dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Document implementation decisions and details, facilitating a seamless transition to support and account teams.
  • Provide consultation to client on effective roll-out strategies and post-implementation success criteria.

  

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in software implementation, project management, or process improvement.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively manage implementation scope, timeline, and budget, communicating effectively with stakeholders and addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and address implementation challenges proactively.
  • Ability to work within a cross-departmental team with primary focus on creating and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate ability to resolve issues by using independent judgment to assess the situation, quickly formulate potential solutions, and leverage subject matter experts as needed to ensure a successful outcome.

  

 What Would Set You Apart (Not Required):

  

  • Previous experience implementing and/or supporting B2B software products.
  • Previous experience with accounting systems and/or ERP software.
  • Ability to translate technical topics into non-technical language for diverse audiences.

Salary:  $65k - $70k DOE

  

Job Type:  Full-time Salary.  This is not a 1099 Contractor position. We will not be considering candidates seeking contract work at this time. 

  

Work Location:  Baton Rouge, LA 

  

Work Authorization:  United States (Required).  We are currently unable to provide sponsorship.
