THE ROLE

 

Join Hart’s Performance Marketing Team as a Digital Media Campaign Specialist. This is a dynamic role geared toward managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including SEM, Programmatic, Social, Email, Digital Audio, and others. You’ll play an integral role in campaign execution, optimization and reporting all while learning more about digital media advertising than you wanted to know. This position requires a systematic thinker, a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to driving results. 

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Build, launch, and manage the delivery of digital advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Specifically, the ideal person would be able to manage:
  • SEM campaigns, including keyword and copy development, monitoring, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Programmatic buying, including forecasting, audience-building, campaign structure, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Paid Social campaigns, including an understanding of when to use a specific platform, audience creation, choosing the strongest creative option(s), pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Populate web-based visualization tool reports (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) and provide internal teams with performance trends and nuances.
  • Analyze campaign performance against KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities to improve performance and implementing these optimizations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and certifications, as applicable.
  • Adhere to workflow processes to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Sciences, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital media, especially SEM, Programmatic, and Social. Hands-on keyboard experience with a DSP, search engine, or social media platform is required.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in digital platform and SEM tools (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Ad Serving technologies).
  • Experience with web analytics and visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Datorama, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of media planning, buying processes, and digital advertising fundamentals.
