Excel Management a Local Community Management Company seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Clerk to join our team. Compensation:

$38,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts receivable transactions, including generating and sending customer invoices, recording payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable functions, including verifying invoices, obtaining approvals, and processing payments to vendors.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions and documentation.
  • Adapt and become proficient in using the Vantaca software system for accounting purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve payment and billing inquiries.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as financial reporting tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions in the Vantaca system.
  • Utilize Outlook and SharePoint for communication and document management purposes.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing and data entry.
  • Willingness to adapt to new software systems, particularly Vantaca.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
