Job Summary

Starfish is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our team. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motived individuals, who will thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledgement of patrons in a timely manner.
• Appropriately request and review guest identification to determine eligibility for alcohol service.
• Must serve alcoholic beverages in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with state laws and regulations.
• Provide knowledgeable and dynamic food and beverage service to all patrons.
• Ability to multi-task and manage bar ticket times.
• Must be able to consistently prepare drinks according to company recipe and standards.
• Maintain organized guest checks and ensure accurate collection of payment.
• Positive approach to all guest interactions and recovery efforts.
• Continued development of menu knowledge and allergy accommodation procedures.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the Companys cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Side-work as assigned.

Essential Physical Requirements

• List and or move up to approximately 50 lbs. frequently.
• Bending, stooping, kneeling required frequently.
• Routine standing for duration of shift.
• Responsible and safe use of equipment including, but not limited to:
• Knives
• Garnish Peelers
• Wine Keys
