We seek Qualified Behavioral Health Providers (QBHP) for full-time positions in our Trumann, AR location.

Compensation:

• The salary for this position is $45,000 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred; one or two years of related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Must conduct home visits at least once per month with the client and guardian or as per the Master Treatment Plan
• Must be able to travel independently for required home visits, school and office visits, or other facilities as necessary for Home and Community client care.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
• Participates in monthly observations and weekly supervision with MHP Supervisor as assigned
• Assists with scheduling of all psychiatric and PCP appointments to maintain compliance with OBHS, the Passe, and LSCI standards
• Coordination of services both within and outside LSCI (i.e., counseling, medication management, welfare, vocational services)
• Must achieve at least a 60% Level of Care on Individual and Collateral visits

About LSCI:

LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
