Front Desk Receptionist

Columbus Oncology is looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This position supports our current operations in Columbus and Westerville.

What will you do? 

• Greeting and checking in patients in a high-volume office
• Verifying demographic information including adding insurance plans, collecting copays and collecting patient balances
• Balancing daily copay sheet

What will you need to be successful? 

• Must have at least one (1) year of Medical Front Desk experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Word; EMR experience helpful
• Good organizational skills
