Our company seeks a trustworthy CDL driver to transport our unitized curtain wall from our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant to our construction sites.

Skill Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, you will be home every evening
• Must hold a valid CDL-A license and acceptable MVR, current D.O.T. physical
• Ability to drive manual
• Construction site driving experience required
• In town/downtown driving experience required
• Enjoy working to exacting standards / details
• Assist in unloading cargo when delivery sites are understaffed, maintaining product quality throughout conveyance
• Follow and maintain loading protocols, using chains and binders to secure cargo and re-checking their stability throughout trips
• Perform safety checks of brakes, steering column, lights and mirrors prior to days runs to ensure road readiness
• Ability to work in a safe manner and help others do the same
• Exposure to LEAN manufacturing principles is helpful
• Communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to think outside of the box to suggest ideas or improvements
• Desire to learn and grow professionally and personally
• Drive for continuous improvement
• Willingness to work where needed
• Physical requirements include ability to move product weighing up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $30/hr depending on experience.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401-K with employer match, 48 hours of sick pay, as well as medical, dental, and vision with generous employer premium contribution.
