Quality Control Coordinator

Salary: $35-$40k, negotiable

Carolina Cabin Rentals is looking for capable and motivated people to fill the role of Quality Control Coordinator. • Possesses administrative ability
• Can focus in a fast paced environment to stay organized
• Has some knowledge of residential construction and household systems
• Prioritizes following procedure and documentation, keeping up-to-date records
• Is comfortable working from a computer
• Has a professional phone presence
• Naturally thinks logistics

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Working with another coordinator to share responsibilities
• Creating and assigning work orders and inspections to team members
• Being decisive in prioritizing activities to direct the team
• Applying a “long-term lens” to every situation
• Communicating expenses to accounting

This is a full-time position that works in tandem with an assistant and rotates 4 days on, 4 days off, 11 hour shifts.  Four days in a row off every 8 days!
