To support our global operations, the work shift for this position is: 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 12pm to 8pm CT
  • Tuesday 7am to 3pm or Tuesday split shift 7am to 11am and 4pm to 8pm

Our ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will have experience in a high growth startup environment and has supported global teams, specifically in India and the Philippines. 


What Will You Do? 

  • Apply a deep understanding of business unit functional work and business operations in order to balance people and business priorities.
  • Support the People Partners to convert strategies into action; meet changing business and talent needs to support the objectives of Highlevel.
  • Support the execution of strategic talent plans which create management and leadership capability for future opportunities.
  • Work with department leaders to identify the 30, 60, and 90 day training and development needs for new team members.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conduct timely, thorough investigations and make recommendations. 
  • Engage and influence team members to support and implement People Ops initiatives across the organization.
  • Work with People Partners to update and apply policies and procedures consistently across the business.
  • Partner closely with the People Operations team in India and the US People Team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work on assigned projects as needed based on engagement surveys and check ins.
  • Facilitate training initiatives to streamline change management and/or development opportunities for leaders and team members.
  • Assist with the maintenance and documentation of internal HR processes and controls as needed.
  • Provide support with performance and talent management, succession planning, development initiatives, performance improvement plans, corrective actions and terminations.
  • Support benefit related issues for our team members by working in partnership with our Payroll & Benefits Administrator. 


You Have: 

  • 3+ years, working with executives and their teams to deliver results
  • 3+ years experience in an HR role showing increasing responsibility including hands-on experience managing day to day HR administration
  • Experience in a public matrixed, dynamic and rapidly-changing business environment
  • Prior experience with the rapid pace of a startup environment
  • Prior experience supporting a global workforce.
  • Experience supporting team members in India and the Philippines is a prerequisite
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment with a high level of ambiguity
  • Ability to collaborate to get things done
  • A sense of urgency, the ability to take initiative and strong accountability is a must
  • Strong Google sheets/excel proficiency
  • Previous experience with HR information systems is required
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues
