• Operations Director

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Manage the operations of the Company and control all the productive processes of the same, take care of and manage all the material, economic, physical, personnel resources within the organization, generate strategies aimed at a successful operation that significantly increases profits, actively participates in sales, finance, and human resources meetings for the well-being of the company. Implement measures that allow generating greater profitability to the organization and approves the necessary resources for the development of operational activities, has authority over the professionals and technicians in charge and offers effective support to the needs of these.

ESSENTIALS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define, implement, and revise operational policies and guidelines for the organization as required.
• Responsible for the administration and compliance of company policies, SOP’s and Departments Guides as required.
• Supervise, monitor, and direct the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll weekly.
• Supervise staff from Human Resources Department and Finance Department
• Review and analyze financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability monthly.
• Participate in the negotiation of commercial contracts with suppliers of materials and services to get the best prices as required.
• Establish the development strategy of the services, whether they are the traditional ones or others to which the company aspires to enter. Ensure that internal processes are aligned, and business strategies can be carried out as required.
• Ensure the viability and sustainability of internal processes. Know in depth aspects such as the sales force of the company, the ability of the same to comply with the contracts and agreements signed, the fulfillment of the delivery dates, the degree of difficulty of the tasks and the quality of them daily.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the execution of information systems, to meet the objectives, functions, and goals of the company daily.
• Evaluate sales reports and financial statements to find ways to maximize results. Use cost-benefit methods to improve efficiency and maintain sustainability monthly.
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations daily.
• Ensure that local taxes, federal taxes, payroll liabilities, retirement plan (401K) and medical plan are paid on time. Compliance will be verified at least biweekly.
• Accountable for maintain and activate the Business Continuity Plan in case of events that may interrupt the operation of the business and the service as required.
• Participate in meetings and technical forums for the benefit of the company, clients and resources as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration. Four years or more of experience in a similar position.
• CPA License Nice to Have.
