Required:

• Education/Certification: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 + years experience

Preferred:

• Dental Experience
• Tab 32 Experience
• Dentrix Experience
  
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Generating and Sending Statements
• Collection Calls
• Organize payment arrangements 
• Handle patient records properly
• Resolve patients billing issues
• Monitoring Outstanding Balance
• Processing Payments
• Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience and empathy
• Organization, time management and prioritization abilities

A pretty cool office manager who loves her team!

Location:

ProGrin Dental of Boiling Springs

Interview process:

• 1 phone interview
• 1-2 face-to-face interviews including an observation interview (mix of questions on experience and personal character/integrity).
