Role
As a Manufacturing Supervisor/Shift Lead (also known as Production Lead, Shift Manager), you'll oversee a team of manufacturing employees, ensure production goals are met, maintain quality standards, coordinate with other departments to optimize production processes, and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
