Pricing & Sales Support Associate - 2nd shift hours

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Makes necessary pricing adjustments to retail orders

Maintains the retail gross profit at the companies desired percentage

Price incoming bid request

Adjust per sales request of customer specific price overrides

Conduct and analyze retail market price research based upon competition and provide

feedback to supervisor to make proper adjustments.

Design and implement effective special offerings programs and strategies through item review,

gross profit potential, and market pricing analysis

Handle and organize special projects per supervisor needs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

Critical thinking

Basic Excel knowledge

Ability to say “no”

Accurate analysis of products and account histories

Comprehension of product status and market share

Communication with reps, customers, and other management staff

Ability to counsel and assist reps with orders and customers when needed

Comprehensive knowledge of how all aspects of company operations are enacted
