Project Supervisor / Foreman

Responsible for the oversight of construction activities. Must have knowledge of concrete foundations / civil work from flat work to structural concrete. Able to read blueprints, layout, form and pour various concrete foundations.
Wages are be based on skill and experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Industrial Construction Concrete Foreman experience required.
• Responsible for planning, organizing and coordination of daily activities and work assignments for your team.
• Works closely with the Project Manager on a daily basis.
• Understand specs, scope of work, labor hours, materials, and production needs.
• Must have experience supervising a construction crew.
• Good communication skills.
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• MSHA certification beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
