Bobcat of the Rockies - Windsor is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for enhancing Bobcat’s sales coverage effectiveness and contributing to the Bobcat sales team success. $36,000 base plus commissions; all in average $73,000-85,000 + (with no cap)

Responsibilities

Onsite Bobcat compact tractor and mower product salesperson.

  • Qualifies and follows up on all in-person, phone, and GME web leads assigned to their Area of Operation (AO).

  • Onsite Expert for Bobcat Compact Tractors, Mowers, Attachments, and Used Equipment.

Attending to Walk in Customers and Inbound Calls

  • Obtain Contact information.

  • Identify customer’s application and assess their needs.

  • Direct to the appropriate sales rep when necessary.

  • Product salesperson for compact tractors and attachments.

Sales Support, Reporting and Sales Process Management

  • Follow up, qualify leads and direct them to the appropriate sales rep.

  • Assist in customer unit pick up and or delivery.

  • Communicate and manage all sales department needs with the other branch departments to ensure equipment is ready and is as represented to the customer.

  • Coordinate branch transfers to and from the branch.

  • Follow up on UCC-1 filings.

  • Verify paperwork for sales orders is correct before submission to asset management.

  • Verify all after sales reporting is done. (Delivery Reports, Extended Warranty Application etc.…)

Branch Support

  • Highly engaged team player working across all departments to support branch activities.

  • Handles inbound, unsolicited prospect calls or walk ins.

  • Supports branch manager in the smooth operation of the sales process in the branch.

Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the branch.

Qualifications

  • Associate / Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent time management

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Excellent customer relation skills

  • Good computer systems skills (Office 365)

  • Ability to manage more than one task at a time

  • Ability to quickly learn and acquire product and application knowledge

  • Must be able to pass a drug screen

Physical Requirements

  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment.

  • Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb and balance, kneel, stoop, couch, and crawl.

  • Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.

  • Hearing and speaking to exchange information.
