Position: Motor Grader Operator

Temp to Perm
$24-$28, DOE 

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Grader Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating motor graders and be familiar with various types of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain motor grader equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes
- Adjust equipment controls to regulate height and angle of the grader blade
- Ensure proper grading and leveling of surfaces according to project specifications
- Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines on the job site
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating motor graders
- Knowledge of construction industry and practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed
