We are hiring a Quality Assurance & Training Specialist  for our growing team!  

Key Responsibilities:

  • The QA/Training Specialist will monitor inbound/outbound calls and assess Intake Coordinators’ demeanor, accuracy, customer service performance and ensure that ARC policy and procedures are being followed.
  • Coordinate and be available to hold training/re-training on site for new hires and current employees as needed.
  • Reports to the Director and Assistant Directors of any findings of inadequate work, inappropriateness, or poor customer service within the intake department.
  • Assists the Director and Assistant Directors with any tasks that may be needed for the intake team to run effectively daily.
  • This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented, environment helping individuals enter treatment to overcome substance abuse addiction by assisting in the admissions process. 

Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working within the intake department
  • Substance abuse experience preferred.
  • Appropriate State and Federal Clearances

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to problem solve 
  • Ability to manage time appropriately
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to schedules
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle crisis situations in a calm and supportive manner
  • Ability to exhibit professional and courteous behavior, consistent with the ARC mission statement, when interacting with persons of varying backgrounds and education levels to create a safe and healthy relationship with clients served
