Automotive Lot Attendant

Position Overview:

The Lot Attendant will safely retrieve and deliver vehicles while being prompt and respectful when cleaning and moving vehicles—assisting managers as requested and maintaining the property's cleanliness.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the daily presentation and monitoring of our vehicles on the sales lot
• Washing and cleaning vehicles for delivery to new owners
• Daily monitoring of cleaning stock and cataloging of new vehicle arrivals
• Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
• Additional dealership duties may be assigned
• Move cars as directed by the sales managers and following dealership display standards
• Keep vehicles cleaned, including removing snow and other debris as necessary
• Assure vehicles are properly secured
• Represent the business well by maintaining a professional appearance and demonstrating sound courtesy and respect to both the customer and the customer's vehicle
• Prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by managers

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Available to work Saturdays
• Possess a valid driver's license and favorable motor vehicle record
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
