Position Summary: The Strategic Client Success Executive is responsible for client (PBM) retention, organic growth, and customer satisfaction through the building of long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with existing clients. You will serve as the strategic lead on the account, and the liaison between the client and the PBM regarding requests for software features and functionality, custom reporting, escalated service issues and helping PBM Client's grow their business. The Strategic Client Success Executive is the "face of the company" to our customers, and must possess exceptional communication, reasoning, negotiation and presentation skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to learn the client's market, membership, business drivers and key performance indicators, then define and communicate mutually agreeable measures of success
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic account plan to drive growth with clients that includes RFP Support and Underwriting/Pricing assistance with Support of RxSense internal teams.
  • Monitor client satisfaction throughout the year as measured by issue resolution, growth, and managing to clients' performance expectations
  • Stay abreast of changing market dynamics within the pharmacy benefit management industry with particular focus on technology driven competitors, the use of technology to reduce the cost of prescription drug benefits, and innovations in PBM ancillary services such as rebate administration, network management and member tools for health management
  • Manage cross functional deliverables in partnership with Operations, Engineering, and other departments; communicate regularly with clients and internal partners on the status of their initiatives
  • Manage the client contract, ensuring that our financial, technical and operational obligations are met or exceeded
  • Partner with Operations and Product to bring client driven innovations to the team in order to decide to develop the feature/function or not
  • Continuously learn the platforms and associated products, be knowledgeable about how our products work and how they can be used to our clients' competitive advantage
  • Be knowledgeable on the cash discount marketplace; learn and market RxSense's marketing and analytics capabilities to clients who want to market their own cash discount card

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressively more sophisticated account management experience
  • 3+ years' experience in pharmacy benefit management, cash discount card marketing and management, or the combination of the two
  • Excellent working knowledge of RxSense products and processes
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships, including at the VP and SVP level
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to build a business case using data, market research and industry knowledge and present it successfully to clients or internal partners
  • Proven ability to influence decision makers both inside and outside the company
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented company where change is constant
  • This position may be done remotely and will require occasional travel.

Position Salary: $92,000 - $137,000
