Job Description:

To have sound knowledge and proficiency in the treatment of respiratory disorders for inpatients and outpatients with various types of media, i.e., oxygen and other therapeutic gases and respiratory equipment. Establishes a good rapport with fellow associates while maintaining a professional relationship. Treats all patients and their families with compassion and respect. Reports to the Respiratory Care Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Director.

Some notable information about the Unit:

• Specialties: Level 2 NICU, Pediatric ICU, Pediatric Oncology, Pediatric ER.
• Upcoming: Increase ER beds by 12, NICU and PICU transport teams, Level 3 NICU. Just west of hospital, 5K+ homes to be built in near future

• Active Florida RRT License required.
• 3 Years of PICU/NICU experience.
• BLS required. ACLS, PALS and/or NRP must be obtained within 3 months of hire.

·         Shift times: NIGHTS ONLY , 12 hour shifts, 7-7

·         Must have experience – Requiring RRT, but may be open to CRT for the right experienced candidate.

RRT

$27.74  (2yr)     $30.34 (5 yr)       $32.29 (10yr)          $37.92  (17yr MAX)

SIGN ON : $20,000 for full time, new hires.
