Desktop Support Technician - Supporting Our Nation's Warfighters

SD3IT is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to join our team immediately. This pivotal role directly supports the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) and our nation's warfighters by ensuring operational excellence in desktop and network support. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on O&M support for a range of computing devices including PCs, laptops, and portable electronic devices.
• Manage the lifecycle of automated data processing equipment, from acquisition to disposal.
• Develop procedures for desktop configuration management and troubleshoot user issues.
• Offer technical support for software, hardware, and network issues via multiple channels including in-person and ticketing systems.
• Maintain network accounts using Active Directory and ensure customer satisfaction through professional service.

Qualifications:

• Secret clearance required.
• A+ or CND or Network+ or Security+ certification.
• AA Degree with 1 year of experience OR High School Diploma with 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in Service Desk/Help Desk roles.
• Strong foundation in Microsoft operating systems, Office suite, and Active Directory.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer relationship management.
