Position: Field Crew Technician

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5 pm (or until "finished for the day") with potential for overtime and weekend hours during peak seasons.

Job Summary:

As a Field Crew Technician, you'll play a vital role in our operations. From setting up elaborate weddings to coordinating large corporate functions, you'll be instrumental in bringing events to life. Your responsibilities will include delivering and picking up rental equipment, ensuring proper installation according to specifications, and performing warehouse tasks such as repair work and inventory management.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, construction, moving, or maintenance preferred
• Valid CO driver’s license preferred
• OSHA 10 hours, forklift certification, and team leadership experience are a plus
• Ability to pack and organize effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Basic math skills and ability to use a tape measure
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and forklifts

Physical Demands:

This position requires physical agility, including lifting and moving objects weighing up to 25-100 pounds, maneuvering equipment over various surfaces, and navigating heights and ramps.

Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, push, stoop, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly, identify colors, hear with aid, see, write, count, read, speak, analyze, alphabetize, and repetitively lift.

Ability to use manual pallet jacks on sometimes slightly imperfect surfaces up to 1,000 pounds up to 60 feet pushing or pulling.
