Visual Designer Producer

SAFETY:

• Promote the Safety Culture of Agri-Service.
• Attending all safety training both in person and virtual.
• Advocate and exemplify safety and safe working habits using proper safety equipment not limited to hand, face, ear and eye protection. (PPE)
• Follows company safety policies and procedures on the jobsite, promotes safe behavior with our customers.
• Maintains a clean office environment.
• Ensures Service vehicles/industrial vehicles/cranes are inspected as required.
• Ensures equipment under repair is in a zero-energy state after servicing (Lock out Tag Out).
• Handles chemicals in accordance with the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Designs and creates web-based or multimedia-based layouts, graphics, motion, video, sound and/or content for use in presentations, video productions, websites or print.
• Collaborates with members of the marketing team to develop creative for advertising campaigns.
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. Recommends multiple concepts by studying information and materials. Obtains approval of concept by assignee.
• Video production, including post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, audio and color, and final editing. Manages setting up lights, cameras and sound equipment for live video and photo shoots as needed.
• Creates solid print concepts, designs, layouts and storyboards when necessary within corporate guidelines/standards.
• Coordinates outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. as needed.
• Manages multiple projects at once with the ability to articulate design concepts internally and cross-functionally.
• Monitors budgets by comparing estimated costs and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Adheres to all customer care standards.
• Works safely at all times. Adheres to all applicable safety policies. Complies with all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Works within and promotes corporate vision, mission, and values of the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate well with a variety of people and departments.
• Ability to independently set and manage priorities as well as stay organized while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong design sensibility.
• Aptitude to work as a change agent and implement innovative solutions to related business problems.
• WordPress or basic web development.
• Ability to travel overnight, as required.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Consistent attendance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; degree in graphic design, media, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years in digital marketing experience required. Agriculture, Construction, Manufacturing, Automotive industries preferred.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time along with walking, standing, climbing stairs, reaching pushing, pulling, leaning and twisting.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies.
