We are looking for passionate, positive, energetic, and motivated dance instructors to grow our teaching family!  We are currently seeking dance teachers/choreographers to join the Bella Ballet and Empower by Bella Ballet team. The position involves teaching classes in a variety of styles of dance including Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Musical Theatre, Acro, and/or Contemporary, and we offer classes for ages 2 through adult.

$30 - $50 hourly

• Ability to teach various dance styles
• Ability to teach various levels of dancers from beginner to advanced ages 2 through adult
• Ensure classes run smoothly
• Provide helpful and constructive feedback to students
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers, students, and families
• Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals
• Evaluate student progress and make recommendations for improvement
• Choreograph creative and age-appropriate routines
• Provide a fun and creative environment
• Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the curriculum as needed
• Light cleaning in between classes
• If hired, candidates are required to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement

• Over 3 years of teaching experience
• Strong Background in various dance styles
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Excellent communication skills
• Energetic, driven, creative, dependable
• Demonstrate patience and leadership skills
