Primary responsibilities of the job include:
Seeking Superintendent experience with K-12 experience
Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
Must have experience with projects from $5 - $20 million in size
Must have at least 5 years experience
ProLog or Procore experience is a plus
Ground up and renovation experience
A successful candidate will possess the following:
A 4 years degree in Construction Management
Direct experience in preferred fields
Previous experience running projects up to $40 million
A desire to do things right the first time
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Understanding of shop drawing
Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
Market rate apartment experience
Podium experience preferred
Wood frame, ground up and renovations
Salary Range: $90-110K
