As a DAM Implementation Specialist, you will provide technical leadership for designing and implementing crucial components for our clients’ Digital Asset Management strategies.  This role works closely with both internal and external client teams to determine digital strategy and is responsible for developing solutions to effectively deliver business and technology objectives.

 

What you’ll own

  • Lead the design, development, administration, and implementation activities for our client’s digital innovation initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and shape business requirements, processes, and problem-solving.
  • Develop the requirements, principles, designs, and models to support client’s digital innovation initiatives.
  • Creates and maintains the client’s digital asset management project roadmap.
  • Direct, plan and implement department initiatives that require thorough execution of project plans.
  • Responsible for the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions.
  • Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the client on the technical and business value of the proposition.
  • Work with developers, business analysts and other subject matter experts to understand the complex technological system to produce integrated end-to-end solutions.
  • Communicate solution approaches to client, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Acts as SME in various DAM technologies.

 

 Required experience

  • BS degree, preferably in IT or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with Digital Asset Management technologies with experience in design architecture.
  • Prior experience that demonstrates the candidate’s ability to successfully evaluate opportunities, creatively design and effectively deploy innovative initiatives or solutions that achieve the desired results.
  • Prior experience as a change agent with superb interpersonal skills who can demonstrate success in both managing through influence, as well as solid-line reporting relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of taxonomy and tagging best practices.
  • Strategic and technical mindset that is comfortable participating in client and C-level strategy sessions.
  • Experience in a consulting environment preferred.  Must be comfortable managing billable and non-billable hours expectations.
  • This position will work with clients across multiple teams and disciplines and requires strong communication skills and an ability to prioritize and categorize requests.
  • Position may include onsite client visits requiring overnight travel.

This is a remote role, based in the United States. Must be available to work 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Eastern Time, Monday – Friday.
