SUMMARY:

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations and Integration Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Trainer within the Integrations and Centralized Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the onboarding process for newly acquired teammates, as well as providing continuous training for those new to Collision Repair (CR) operations or facing challenges.

The primary focus will be on imparting knowledge related to CR Operating systems, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), file closing, Direct Repair Programs (DRPs), shop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), estimating in CCC, and other critical operating systems necessary for shop success.

SALARY $85,000 - $95,000 per year

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs specific to CR operations and integrations, aligning programs with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for newly acquired teammates, new hires, and employees facing challenges in CR operations.

  • Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, videos, quizzes, and simulations, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, making continuous improvements based on feedback.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in collision repair operations, integrating new techniques and tools into training initiatives.

  • Provide individual coaching and support to employees, assisting them in meeting performance goals and mastering operational systems.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials reflect the most up-to-date information on CR operations.

  • Maintain detailed training records and generate reports on training activities, progress, and outcomes.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives into overall talent development strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven work experience in collision repair operations is required.

  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using training software and tools.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to evolving priorities.

  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50- 75%) to provide in-person training to various shops.

This position will require extensive travel and while it will be "remote" the optimal candidate will reside in or near a CollisionRight market area.
