We're looking for Extrusion Technicians to join our growing team in Rittman, OH! On-the-job training provided for this hands-on role.  You'll play a vital part in the production process, ensuring we deliver high-quality plastic products efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extrusion lines, maintaining consistent production output.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably with extrusion processes helpful.
• Reliability and desire to do a good job.
• Ability to operate and maintain complex machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
