Part-time sitter for an energetic 4-year-oldgirl

"I am currently in search of a babysitter/nanny for my 4-year-old daughter for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The time and hours will vary.My little girl has a lot of energy, but she has been through a lot lately. Her father was tragically murdered in August 2023, and I have been forced to work three jobs to support our family. While I am away at work, would prefer to put someone on a salary. hourly's going to be a little rough. , I am looking for someone who is willing to take her out for fun activities like going to the park, zoo, or other water activities. I would also like someone who can take her on some fun summer adventures, attend church with her, and help her to continue learning how to read and write . While taking care of her, I need the babysitter/nanny to focus on building her independence, self-esteem, and manners. She needs someone she can talk to and love. The hours will increase during summer, and I am looking for someone who can commit to being a long-term, reliable, and constant sitter/nanny."
